Before booking please have a thorough read through the policies below.
Thankyou for deciding to book with LAB London. We are more than elated to treat you!
- A £30 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment and will be deducted from the balance of your treatment.
- Booking fees are transferable if you reschedule at least 48 hours in advance. Less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your booking fee.
- If you are more than 20 minutes late your appointment will be automatically cancelled and your booking fee will be lost.
- Must be 18+ to receive treatments – ID may be requested.
- No plus ones are allowed for safety and privacy reasons.
- No shows will forfeit their booking fee and be unable to book with us in the future.
- The remaining balance must be paid in cash.
- You will be required to read and sign a medical and consent form before your appointment can take place, which will be sent via email.
- Consultations are required for all clients before treatment to ensure we tailor the best plan for you and give you the opportunity to ask any questions and raise any concerns, this will be carried out on the day of your treatment. Virtual consultations are available upon request.
- If you experience any symptoms of illness, please reschedule your appointment to ensure a safe environment for everyone
